At the festival the best producer of adjika will be revealed. His name will be determined by a professional jury headed by chef Levan Kobiashvili. This is one of the main innovations of the festival.
The most delicious adjika will be determined in three categories: red, green and dry adjika. Guests of the festival will learn a lot of valuable information about the production and implementation of adjika by small and medium-sized businesses.
In addition to adjika, the festival will feature other delights of Georgian cuisine, such as tkemali, Satsebeli, Svan salt, traditional spices and more.
Farmers from different regions of Georgia will also come to the festival to talk about how to produce healthy and environmentally friendly food.
